Blue Rock Station is working with Farmers Land Trust – looking to transition our 40-acre sustainability farm over to the next generation of farmer.
Over the coming year we will be reviewing applications. Our advisory board will then select the person or couple who they would like to see take over the project.
It is assumed the new farmer would live at Blue Rock Station and have wide latitude in how they want to see the project develop.
Farmers Land Trust has worked with similar projects where they transition properties (debt free) to new farmers under a 99-year lease.
